Shipping and Returns




Shipping within Cyprus is:
– 3.00 euro for pick up from KRONOS service point
– 5.00 euro for delivery to your door. 

All items are being dispatched from us next day and should be received by you within 1-3 working days (depending always on your availability for delivery). Please note that we do not take responsibility for order and delivery delays outside our liabilities.

For items labelled as PRE-ORDER please allow 20-25 business days for delivery. 



If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we can help.

You can return unused, undamaged and unwashed items with the original label and packaging within 14 days from delivery.

Orders past 14 days will not be accepted.


Return Instructions

– Email us at [email protected] stating your order number and the products you would like to return. Please include your phone number in the event we need to call you for additional information. 
– Once your email is received and your return request is approved, we will send you an email informing you on how to return the products.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the following items:

We will refund the Amount for the items returned plus the original shipping fee charged.
Once your return is received, kindly allow for 5-10 business days to be processed and funds to show in your bank account. Refunds will be credited to your preferable payment method.



If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative please follow the Returns process outlined above.

 Exchange Policy

We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping or returning your item to us for exchange purposes. 

Do note that Exchanges are an alternative resolution for Returns and are bound by the same guidelines and limitations.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you wish to exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

  1. Sales and Purchases Procedure

We will sell products only in Cyprus from our website subject to the terms and conditions as stated below.

If you wish to purchase any product made available through the Website (“Purchase”), you will be asked to register with us first by supplying certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

Our products offering are non-binding. By placing an order in our website as the order summary requires, the customer makes a binding offer to us.

We confirm the receipt of your order by sending you an email (order confirmation). The order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance to the offer made by the customer, but is only to inform the customer that we have received the order made.
Our acceptance is only made once the customer receives a second email stating the acceptance of the offer along with the confirmation of delivery.
The above procedure takes place within 2 working days after the order by the customer.

We reserve the right to decline your offer. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

Our prices are as indicated in the offers/description of the products including VAT. Other charges may be applicable for the delivery of your order.

  1. Delivery and shipping conditions

Delivery of the products occurs from a courier of our choice to the address given by the customer.

You must make sure that you have provided us the correct and complete address in which the order will be delivered. In the case of providing a false or faulty address extra costs will be charged for a new delivery to the correct address.

  1. Liability for faulty products and warranty conditions

The Statutory liability for fault product applies.

The colour of the products may be deviated from the one presented in our website depending on the screen and graphics card setting.

If the manufacturer of a product provides guaranty that it remains unaffected by this regulation.

  1. Change and Cancellation Policy

Your rights to make changes. If you wish to make a change to your order please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract 

You have the right to cancel any order that you make with us online within the period of 14 days without any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, has acquire the products purchased by you. The returning products must not be used, damaged. They must be returned in to their original condition including all packaging as delivered initially to you. In order to cancel or return the order you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement by e-mail to our email address [email protected]
After you communicate your decision to cancel or return the order we will contact you through email in order to settle the issue accordingly. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns policy for more information on returns.

  1. Consequences of the cancellation

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favourable standard delivery we offer) have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value due to a non-necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods dealing with them.

  1. Limitation of Liability

In the case of slightly negligent breaches of duty, our liability is limited to foreseeable, contractually typical, direct average damage according to the type of goods. This also applies to slightly negligent breaches of duty by our legal representatives or vicarious agents.
We are not liable to contractors for slightly negligent breaches of immaterial contractual obligations.
The above limitations of liability do not apply to claims of the customer from product liability. Furthermore, the limitations of liability shall not apply to physical and health damages attributable to us or loss of life of the customer.
